National security and emergency management senior executive with over 30 years of experience across defence and crisis coordination at the highest levels of government. Served as Deputy of the National Emergency Management Agency, overseeing capabilities and disaster recovery worth more than $20 billion.

Senior investment executive with more than 30 years of experience across infrastructure, regulated utilities, M&A and venture capital. Most recently CIO of Breakthrough Victoria. Prior roles include CEO of the Utilities Trust of Australia at Hastings Funds Management, board member of TransGrid, and investment banking roles in New York and Australia.
